Breast Reduction Surgery London

Breast reduction surgery (reduction mammoplasty) removes excess breast tissue, fat and skin to create smaller, lighter, better-proportioned breasts.

At Harley Street Breast Centre, our specialist-led procedures deliver lasting physical relief, restored proportion and renewed confidence – tailored to your body and your goals.

What is a breast reduction?

Breast reduction surgery is a surgical procedure that reduces the size, weight and volume of disproportionately large breasts.

Also called reduction mammoplasty, it removes excess glandular tissue, fat and skin, then reshapes and lifts the breast to create a more balanced, comfortable silhouette. The nipples are repositioned to a naturally higher position as part of the procedure.

For many patients, the results are life changing – not just cosmetically, but physically.  Chronic back, neck and shoulder pain caused by breast weight often resolves significantly after surgery, alongside improvements to posture, sleep, and the ability to exercise comfortably.
