The procedure usually takes 60 to 90 minutes, performed under general anaesthetic. It’s typically a day case, meaning you can go home the same day.
Most patients return to light activities within 7–10 days. You’ll wear a supportive surgical bra during this time and full recovery usually takes 4–6 weeks. Your surgeon will provide detailed aftercare instructions.

Breast implants are not lifetime devices. While some last 10–15 years or longer, we recommend regular check-ups. Replacement may be needed over time due to ageing, lifestyle changes or implant wear.
