Mr Debashis Ghosh is a globally recognised Consultant Breast Surgeon, renowned for his leadership in cosmetic breast procedures, reconstructive surgery and breast cancer surgery. As Clinical Director of Breast Services for NHS England’s NCL Cancer Alliance and Divisional Director at The London Clinic, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of breast surgery in the UK and beyond.
Mr Ghosh has served as Clinical Lead for Breast Services at Royal Free London and is a key member of the Breast Team at UCL Medical School. His clinical and academic work spans cutting-edge innovations in breast cancer surgery.
He is co-author of the Breast and Oncoplastic Surgery chapter in the respected Kirk’s Operative Surgery series and holds dual specialist qualifications from the European Board of Surgery in Breast and Surgical Oncology.
A graduate of the prestigious Grant Medical College In India, Mr Ghosh trained extensively in breast and oncoplastic surgery across leading UK centres including Leicester, Cambridge and Peterborough. He completed a post-CCT fellowship at The Royal Free Hospital and a prestigious visiting fellowship at The Paris Breast Institute, where he refined advanced techniques in oncoplastic and reconstructive surgery.
His private surgical practice is based within London’s most respected hospitals including The London Clinic, The Harley Street Clinic & The Royal Free London Breast Unit where he operates to the highest standards of safety, ethics and excellence.
